Delhi NCR wedding season regularly means a daytime function (haldi, a lunch, a daytime reception) followed by an evening one on the same day or the next, and dressing for both the same way is one of the most common outfit mistakes guests make.

Daytime functions favour lighter fabrics and softer colours — a cotton-blend or crepe dress in blush, sage, or a soft floral print photographs well in natural daylight and stays comfortable through an outdoor daytime event, which is common at Delhi NCR farmhouse and lawn venues.
